Rev. Colt Wetterman
Student Pastor

Pastor Colt has been the Student Pastor since October 2019. He was born in Apple Valley California. At the age of nine his family moved to New Mexico where they purchased a ranch between Willard and Encino. When he was six years old, he gave his life to Christ and followed in obedience with Believer’s baptism. Throughout his teenage years, he worked on both his parents’ ranch and a ranch in Magdalena, as well as spending the summers attending and working on staff at a Christian Youth Horsemanship camp in Ferron, Utah. He was homeschooled for the majority of his high school career and upon graduating he completed the Ranch and Feedlot Operations program at Clarendon College. He has an Associates of Agriculture from ENMU Roswell. While living in Roswell, he was a member of
First Baptist Church Roswell and actively served in the youth ministry, teaching the 8th and 9th grade boys. During his time in Roswell, he was trained in Four Fields Discipleship and Three Circles Evangelism. Pastor Colt has a heart for teaching the Bible discipleship of the youth and their families of Estancia with the goal of seeing no place in Estancia in which the Gospel of Christ has not been proclaimed.

Pastor Colt and his wife, Becca, live on his parents’ ranch with their three daughters, Paizley, Roanie, and Piper. They are passionate about the ranch lifestyle, ranch rodeo, starting colts, raising cows and race horses and spending time
with family and friends.
